Capri Motel

Clean but a little run down

Arrived into a clean, spacious room. Could use some updating and some maintenance work, and needs more electrical outlets, so bring an extension cord with a tri-tap... which we always have with us. Overall a very good experience. This motel is on our list of places to return to.

It is an older motel. Our first room AC didn't work too good. They moved us to a different room without hesitation.

The hotel was definitely dated, but it seemed fairly clean. Outside was nice, inside, not so much. Carpets were stained and loose in some areas. Bedding seemed clean, as did the majority of the room. Furniture was old. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Grout was old and dingy. Wall outlet was loose. When we arrived at 10pm, front desk person was slow to answer. No one was there in the morning at 7:30 for us to checkout, so we had to leave the room key in the drop box. Overall, it was sleepable for the night, but that's about it.

Great location. AC could have worked better. Sink should be checked, slow drain. Clean and fresh towels daily’s would stay again anytime

It was clean for the age of the property. Cute bedspreads. The shower water pressure was GREAT! The bathroom was TINY and DATED and a little rough. The coffee maker did not work. To be honest, the exterior is creepy. Clean that up and it'll improve the vibe of the entire experience.

The staff was friendly when I arrived, and kindly allowed me to plan a late check out the next day so I could take a shower after the race I was running nearby. That proved to be frustrated by the fact that the shower was completely clogged (Room 115). When I washed my hands in the sink, brown matter backed up in the bathtub. I took a shower comically by standing on the edges of the tub. I’m certain the staff was already aware of this, so it bummed me out they didn’t say anything. Otherwise it was mostly clean, and not too expensive.

Just wanted a place to crash for the night on a road trip and this place was fine. Bed was comfortable and everything worked fine but it was somewhat run down. It was a decent budget friendly stay
