Room was clean.

Homeless encampment right next door. Air conditioner did not work properly. Garbage littering the outside. Door locks were poor. No staff available after 10 pm or before 4pm. Lots of noise from the highway outside.

Very nice owner and central location. Price is high for the general condition of the hotel but the best deal at the time for the city.

The area has questionable security risk

The location is good and the place is great it was very clean and spacious. We got a good price and I would definitely stay here again. There is lots of parking available and super friendly staff.

I really appreciated the front desk staff member, she went out of her way to show me the room and made sure my allergy-related requests were fully accommodated. That level of care made a positive difference in my stay. The room was very clean.

I was disappointed that upon arrival for check-in, the lobby door was locked and I had to wait over 15 minutes outside, as it was a rainy day, before gaining access. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and did not create a good first impression.

Room on second floor seemed to fill up with second hand smoke through the bathroom fan - made me physically ill

It was close to everything I needed

Bed was rock hard, definitely smaller than the advertised "queen" AC barely worked and is in desperate need of an update.
