"Perfect as always"

Service was exceptional as always. Everyone right from the reception, housekeeping, and the club were extremely helpful. The ladies and gentlemen at the drinks counter at club went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of. Cocktails were fantastic !

"Very bad service, they scammed me"

One small experience is enough to let me hate this whole place. I got an emergency back at my home country and had to leave 3 days earlier than the checkout date that I booked. I also chose to pay at the property instead of paying through booking. When I went to check out 3 days earlier than the checkout date. They were like “we will charge you the full amount” I kept telling them that they can’t charge me for 5 nights if I only stayed two nights. I mentioned that I got an emergency at my home country. They lied to me and said “oh we can charge you for two nights only, if you just contact booking.com, you can leave now”. On my way to the airport I contacted booking.come and explained the situation. Once I reached my country, I got a reply from booking telling me that they have contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to only charge for two nights!!! Booking.com told me that the hotel needs to approve, and that way only they will be able to charge you for two days. Basically they lied to me so that I just leave the hotel and travel and then they can withdraw the total amount for 5 days.

"Amazing stay in Mumbai"

I had a great experience spending 2 weeks in Sofitel BKC Mumbai. This is actually my 3rd visit and I always stay there. Location is super convenient, rooms are very nice and clean. Service is impeccable. I also had a pleasure of enjoying service at club Millisime at the top fooor of the hotel. That is a real gem - excellent lounge, breakfast and cocktail hour are 5+. Worth a small upgrade fee! Also want to commend Janvi and Chirag from the club Milissime - they are extremely attentive and great hosts overall.
