Please note there is no elevator/elevator at this property. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: $30 (+ tax) per night, up to $120 (+ tax) max per stay which covers up to two dogs per room. Our Hotel Service fee is $15+tax/night. 3 people max per room (includes children). Nonrefundable and 'Cardholder Not Present' reservations have different conditions - confirm with hotel and let us know if the cardholder is just paying but not staying.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

This is my second time staying at The Saint Augustine Beach House. The rooms are wonderful, each with a view of the ocean, comfortable beds/ pillows ( it matters!), and included breakfast which makes getting out in the morning so easy ! The staff are kind, and truly care about your stay there.
