"OK, but the staff made up for a hotel that’s in need of a refurbishment."

Location and staff were very good.

A few things; breakfast was barely warm, as the heater lamps weren’t turned up enough, floor tiles in the bathroom were loose, and the net curtain was grubby. If I’m honest, the whole place is nice enough but tired looking. It’s probably in need of a complete renovation. Sort of expected something a little better for over £100 per night - big then it was in the city centre.

Central location. Good variety of breakfast. Friendly accommodating staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thick white towels. Tea and coffee facilities. Easy check in and out. Accessable parking in their garage. With permission.

No shampoo in bathroom. Miniature milk pods for coffee, you need 5 per cups.

"Would definitely use the hotel, good staff and clean. Car facilities not sufficient."

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient and polite.

The car parking was extortionate. We drove to another car park and paid half the price. It was worth walking with our bags to the hotel.

We stayed for three nights asked for it to be cleaned every day, but it wasn’t. Air-conditioning didn’t work and really noisy from outside. no fridge.

Good location BUT NCP parking has collapsed and so the o my parking once their car park is full is a significant walk away. Nightmare if travelling alone with baggage!

Parking. Or lack of it - major issue Hotel looks very tired. Staff were lovely but not much energy. Just a bit depressing all over. Real shame.
