In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt of 16% VAT when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). "Sonesta, alojamiento de muy buena calidad"

La atención del personal, en especial la directora financiera, quien no solo se ocupa de lo de su competencia, si no q tiene excelente comunicación, amabilidad y buen trato con sus subalternos, ademas de estar atenta a los requerimientos y bienestar del huesped, en definitiva funcionaria con Conocimiento integral y empoderamiento, a nivel de direccion y ejecución del hotel. EL jefe de comedor y los empleados de restaurante, tambien Muy amables. En general la atención, el servicio de aseo, la ubicación, excelentes.
