This hotel has been recently updated and the rooms and public areas are very well done. The room was clean and bathroom was good sized too. The beds were soft and comfortable. We especially liked that there is coffee available all day and there are lots of tables in the breakfast area, so not over-crowded.

"Rude, Inconsiderate, & Misrepresent Hotel Policies!"

Do not book a room at this Holiday Inn Express. At 1:00 in the morning after booking a room, and checking thoroughly to make sure that they were pet friendly, we were turned away into a winter storm, as they threatened the $250 fine and refuse to explain why they had done nothing to update their own website or Priceline or hotels.com to indicate that they were no longer pet friendly. All the websites clearly stated, "Pet Friendly." We were traveling with a 6 lb puppy, and ended up sleeping in the car because of their inconsideration and rudeness. Furthermore, they refused to return our money which we needed for another hotel room. They told us it would take a week or longer for any refunds to occur. Under no circumstances. Should you give this hotel your money, given their complete lack of consideration and professionalism.
