Delaney checked us in and was so pleasant to speak with. Friendly, customer oriented. Love her. I was excited to get to check out with her as well. She is a keeper. The room was clean and breakfast was good and all staff very welcoming.

Ty was the girl that greeted us and checked us in was very helpful very pleasant. The coffee was phenomenal. The staff kept that place very clean. Enjoyed room. it was right off the exit.

We arrived late to this hotel at 11 PM. When we got up to our room there was a man that appeared homeless sitting next to our room door talking on the phone. We went back downstairs to tell the staff. The staff went and checked. He came back and said that the man sitting next to our door in the middle of the night is another guest so it's okay. I don't know in what universe that would ever be acceptable behavior. The staff moved us to a different floor with a different room worse type than what we reserved. No we did not get a lower rate for having a terrible room. The only positive thing I have about this stay is the room was clean.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating of our family. A lot of family was in town for a funeral. We were travelling with senior citizens with varying levels of ability and the staff accommodated it all! Everyone was comfortable and felt welcome and cared for
