The staff were very friendly and even presented us with an unexpected gift at the end of our stay. We also were given a complementary breakfast. The location of the hotel couldn't be better.

Maybe too many porters dealing with your luggage that it's hard to tip them all and you feel like your letting someone down by not doing it. There wasn't a great choice of food for the evening meal buffet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and fantastic breakfast.

The windows in our room were boarded over as there were works being completed on the exterior of the building and so it was very dark.
