Our stay at this hotel in Colaba was absolutely phenomenal and exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning, their communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Upon arriving, we received a wonderfully warm welcome; the staff promptly handled our luggage and offered my wife and me refreshing glasses of orange juice. We were pleasantly surprised by their generosity when they upgraded our room from a Deluxe to a beautiful Premium room. To top it off, even though our original booking did not include breakfast, they kindly provided us with complimentary breakfast for the entire duration of our stay. The hospitality truly shines in their thoughtful details. On our first night, a staff member surprised us by bringing two fresh tender coconuts to our room—a wonderful and refreshing gesture that we greatly appreciated! Every single member of the staff—from the incredibly friendly reception desk to the attentive housekeeping and restaurant teams—was exceptionally welcoming. They constantly surprise you with outstanding service and special touches. The only minor observation I would mention is regarding the breakfast. The food spread was quite simple and modest, without a wide variety of options. However, considering the overall exceptional service, this did not detract from our wonderful experience. I am genuinely so happy that I chose to stay here, and I cannot recommend it enough

The breakfast experience was excellent, offering a great variety of food. It felt more like a relaxed brunch setup, which was a nice touch — perfect for those who like to take their time in the morning. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a 5-star experience. I would definitely stay here again.
