The breakfast was alright. Location was good.

Just because one has medical marijuana on their persons doesn't mean they're using in the rooms. I got charged $250 for smoking in the room when there wasn't. I don't even consume my medical in a smoking manner. it was very unprofessional and the front desk lady that looks like an ugly knock-off of Wednesday Addams is rude and spoke to me like she has never had home training. Also, the hotel hot tub didn't blow anything out of the jets. it was just a warm bath for strangers to sit in. this hotel was a huge miss and I wouldn't and haven't had anything nice to say about it.

I liked the convenience of the hotels location to the places I needed to visit.

The toilet in the first room did not flush and they wanted us to go through the night until tomorrow with it like that. After telling them that was unacceptable, they moved us to another room. Then someone went into that room while we were away and only made one bed. Threw a couple of our things on the floor. The front desk lady not very personable or helpful.

The staff were nice. It was in a good location and not too far from places we went. Breakfast was ok, I like how they had pork and turkey meat options and breakfast was a little different each day. Good light in the parking lot.

My booking reservation was canceled without my knowledge. When I arrived they told me that it was canceled because they charged my card and it declined. But per my reservation I wasn’t supposed to be charged until I arrived on site. So I had to make a new reservation in person which was over $100 more than I expected to pay. Then I wasn’t able to get the room I previously booked. When we arrived at our room the door was open and there were no towels in the room. One of the comforters on the bed was dirty. The pool was dirty. There was sand or dirt at the bottom of the hot tub. The feet numbers around the pool were dirty. The pool water was dirty, you could see debris and hair in the water. The hot tub jets didn’t work. There were teenagers running through the halls. And the walls were thin because we would hear people in the room next to us as well as the people above us.

Breakfast was set out on time. Only thing I had trouble with was figuring out the coffee dispenser but a kind guest helped me!
