L'emplacement de l'hôtel près de la vieille ville et des rues animées avec des boutiques et des restaurants. Chambre donnant sur la façade de l'hôtel située dans une petite rue très calme. Petit-déjeuner très complet. Vaste parking au sous-sol avec accès direct aux étages.

Personnel d'accueil très professionnel mais très froid, pourrait essayer d'être un peu souriant. Un tournant dans le parking est très étroit, ce qui rend les manœuvres pour sortir la voiture (un BMW X3) très difficiles. Le pneu avant gauche et celui à l'arrière droit doivent toucher simultanément les bords opposés pour pouvoir tourner la voiture à angle droit ou presque.

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, limpio. El personal muy educado, atento y amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien, te dejan hacer uso de todos los espacios, tienen salas para descansar muy amplias y bonitas. La piscina tenia pocas hamacas pero se estaba bien y cumplía con las expectativas. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación muy grande y baño también, con amenities. Los ascensores iban muy rápidos. La verdad que quedamos muy contentos y sin duda, si volvemos a zaragoza, volveremos a visitar este hotel. Muchas gracias!

Todo super! Nos dio lastima no haber probado el desayuno o el restaurante.

Perfecte locatie middenin Zaragoza. Je loopt zo de gezellige straten in met restaurantjes barretjes etc Nette en ruime kamer en badkamer

Minpunt vonden wij het erg simpele zwembad op het dak, weinig bedjes en geen barretje waar je iets kunt drinken ofzo. Het zwembad zelf en de vloer eromheen zijn wat gedateerd

La ubicación es lo único a destacar

Reservamos una junior suite y nos dieron la 201...moqueta con muchas manchas y sucia...lo peor es que no iba el aire acondicionado en la habitación...la primera noche no pudimos dormir del calor...al día siguiente solicité que lo arreglarán 3 veces y cuando llegamos por la noche no lo habían solucionado...emprendimos el viaje de regreso a las 3 de la madrugada ya que era imposible dormir
