The breakfast was great, a nice choice of foods. The hotel was great and the reception was amazing. They were very friendly and supportive. Even handled our restaurant reservation. And the location is amazing.

No restaurant, no bar area, no area to lounge and order a drink or coffee. Paying for parking, restaurant was not part of the hotel and served small food items which you didn't order but yet they charged for as this wasn't explainedwhen they broughtthem out also €7.00 coperto (to sit) , disappointed in that as it wasn't explained at check in or by waiting staff.

Sehr geschmackvoll, modern, clean eingerichtet. Alles sauber, alles tiptop. Nettes Personal Das Restaurant im Haus war auch sehr lecker!

Hotel okazał się bardzo nierówny jakościowo. Kilka miesięcy temu zatrzymałam się tutaj i dostałam świetny pokój w innej części hotelu — cichy, z widokiem i dostępem do Netflixa. Tym razem, mimo kosmicznej ceny, otrzymałam pokój, w którym czułam się dosłownie jak w piwnicy. O hałasie spowodowanym jeżdżącą kolejką nie wspomnę. Standard był nieporównywalnie gorszy, a dodatkowo w łóżku pojawiły się rybiki, co jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Załączam zdjęcie. Największym skandalem było jednak śniadanie. Na zwykły omlet czekałam ponad 30 minut, po czym został podany kompletnie zimny. Obsługa sprawiała wrażenie zagubionej i nie radziła sobie z organizacją. Jestem wysoce zawiedziona, szczególnie że wcześniejszy pobyt dawał zupełnie inne wrażenie. Przy takich cenach oczekuje się przynajmniej stabilnego standardu i podstawowej dbałości o komfort gości.
