The feeling/atmosphere of a real Riad, most friendly and helpful staff. I've got help and medical drinks when I've got sick or information about the city

The rooms where thin-walled, so not too much privacy. And the bees during breakfast on the roof top eventhough the hotel manager did their best against it.

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Alaka war sehr gelungen. Das Riad hat eine perfekte Lage – der Souk, Restaurants, Cafés und eine Taxihaltestelle sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man die Medina sehr bequem erkunden kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal, das sich jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit um die Gäste kümmert. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und dank der guten Klimaanlage auch bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Der Hammam im Riad war ebenfalls ein tolles Erlebnis und ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch die schöne Terrasse, auf der man entspannt frühstücken oder sich zwischendurch ausruhen kann. Die Atmosphäre im Riad war insgesamt sehr angenehm und authentisch.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag und man deshalb gelegentlich Passanten oder Geräusche aus dem Innenbereich hören konnte.

Le Riad est très beau et calme, car le quartier qui est très bruyant. L’accueil, l’hospitalité, le petit déjeuner délicieux préparé avec soin. Il proposent un massage , hammam. Je fait le massage et j’étais ravie. Je tiens à remercier à Abdou et Memo, les filles qui préparent les repas…ils ont été d’une gentillesse et un sens de l’accueil et du détail incroyable.

Rout le cadre reposant,la Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée,et surtout le personnel au petit soin toujours avec le sourire et la bienveillance qui caractérise les Marocains

The location was good, near to everything in the Medina. The dinner we had at the hotel was really nice and flavourful. The staff excellent and spoke good English marking easy to communicate.we enjoyed our stay at this Riad. We also booked 2 tours with the Riad and they were excellent our driver Abdou was excellent he drove us to our destinations safely and was very knowledgeable about Marrekech, I recommend booking the tours at the Riad not only is it convenient but you know the who your getting your tour with.

Excellent accueide Mimoun et Abdou. Très bon emplacement pour accéder à la médina facilement avec de très belles prestations. Personnel et cuisine au top

No hay nada malo, de verdad fue una de las mejores estancias en Marrakech
