Very central location, near to the rail station, easy for uber or bolt, and just off Rue D'Antibes and La Croisette. The bakery below was great for breakfast treats, as well, the mini supermarket, Carrefour City Make sure to request a room with a window or you may end up with a windowless room as we did. No natural light so had to set an alarm to wake up.

Excellent location - close to the station, 5min from the beach and 10min from the Palais. Good communication - it was easy to get into the building and find the key. The aircon was very good. Double glazing was also good - as it would have to be, as my small window looked out onto the four-lane highway. There's a Carrefour grocery store about ten feet from the front door, and the Gambetta market opposite is good for fresh fruit and vegetables (and cheap clothes).

This applies to my room - no. 42. It's small, and cluttered (the posts of the top bunk are rather in the way) and not particularly comfortable for relaxing in unless you lie on the bed. I was on my own and got used to it, but two people will be getting in each other's way. Kitchen was adequate, but not well equipped - no lid for the saucepan, no corkscrew (!), no chopping board. But hey. It was fine for four nights.
