Rent Cannes Résidence Gambetta

The location, close to the train station and festival venues. The small terrace connected to the room (which is quite dark). And the costumer friendly approach of the company that rents out the studio. Early check in at 1 pm and late check out at 2 pm so I had no logistic problems with my luggage. And the friendly staff on the premises which was very helpful.

The kitchen is outdated and could use an update with cooking facilities. And the light plan in the room needs improvement. Just one way to light the room which was very bright and not very comfortable. No bed light or other way of reducing the main (and only) light plan.

Amazing location and accomodation, super comfortable and spacious and great quality for money!

Room stunk of smoke and made everything smell of smoke! Air conditioning didn’t work.

Easy, nice and clean. Close to everything. Quiet.

The residence was looked at very convenient place, close to the center and the train station. Rooms are more than okay, for what you pay.

Our room was on floor -1 and it had a very moldy smell, almost unbearable.

It was fine in terms of location and facilities fior my particular trip.
