El personal fue muy atento. Viaje con una persona convaleciente de una operación y el personal tuvo total flexibilidad de buscarnos una habitación muy silenciosa. Debido a una dieta estricta por instrucción médica, en el desayuno elaboraron comida especial para este caso. Este hotel cumple al 100% con detalles importantes que marcan una estadía y que hacen que uno vuelva, tales como el tamaño de la habitación, la presión del agua en ducha , calefacción, ventilación, la insonorización, los amenities, comodidad de las camas, la temperatura del frigo. Super!

En el desayuno existe mucha atención a los dulces, sin embargo se podría mejorar la variedad de lo salado y aumentar el área vegetariana.

Buena ubicación, muy bien decorado

Me dieron un habitación esposoreada por café Lavazza. Cartel en la puerta, branding dentro de la habitación. No pagué para dormir con un sponsor sobre mi cabeza… la música del restaurante muy fuerte. El servicio de masaje, el desayuno y la comida son mediocres. No volvería
