"Great small hotel with good food and wonderful staff"

Great interior design and boutique feel. Restaurants and food great. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

WiFi on our 4th floor room was sporadic. They didn’t fill the water bottles they supplied for 2 days.

"Wonderful stay with exceptional staff"

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bidasoa. The hotel is very comfortable and everything felt clean and well cared for. The breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious options. A special thank you to Alonzo at the front desk (I hope I have his name right!). He was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to help us find tours that suited us and even assisting with translation when we needed it. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming, and they genuinely seemed happy to be there, which created a very positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

"Ojo con los primeros pisos. Se escucha todo lo del Restaurant (terraza específicamente)"

Cómodo y limpio. Variedad de comida.

El problema que tiene este alojamiento es que las habitaciones dobles están en los primeros 5 pisos, entonces si te toca un piso 2 o 3 escucharás toda la Música del Restaurant de la terraza y de la gente conversando hasta por lo menos la media noche. (El Restaurant cierra a las 11, pero si quedan personas comiendo se extiende por lo menos hasta la media noche.

Trevlig personal, en fantastisk frukost och god mat i restaurangen

Menyn fanns bara elektronisk, men personalen hjälpte till att fixa telefonerna. Läget var lite isolerat i villakvarter, vilket betydde taxi hela tiden
