Mutiara Hotel and Convention

Location on center of city,near train station, mall .

My room ac not cooling, restaurant was closed. Old style hotel but for the price can not complain.

Comfy bed. Good location. Near the train station and shops.

Cafe and restaurant are still close. No shower gel only small soap and shampoo. No Iron. No laundry.

The location is in the center of the city. Nearby the culinary place, toll access. The room size of executive quadruple is comfortable for family and the staff hospitality are well.

The wifi connection is poor. Need to improve the cleanliness, room facilities (i.e heater kettle, telephone, tv channel, towel, soap), the lift smell is not good.

Location near the station and a big shopping center with a great food market

Room we stayed in was not renovated yet and that showed. Bathroom was old and stained, showerhead could not be hanged etc. We knew the restaurant and bar were closed and rooms being renovated so no issue there. Nice reception and pool, the pool was quite slimey but still a great refreshment. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. Be aware that here they assume that a 8 year old of 140cm sleeps in on of the 2 single beds with a parent! This might work with locals but not with European sized kids and not being adapted to the temperature yet.

Bed sheet, curtains and towel weren't the best, definitely need new fresh ones

Proximity to Train, Mandarin Restaurant across the street basic but exceptionally flavourful.
