Country Heritage Resort Hotel

hotel not consistent with the photo, the rooms very simple for the price !!! a lot of noise, massage if you can call her a massage no material not oil dressing to go to discotheque the worst massage of the Azie !!! staff exceed the slightest problem impossible to have a manager!!!!!! Good luke for future costumers .

Just a little bit annoyed with the design of hotel that I need to go down or up a little bit to go to my room and it's look like warehouse door. But that's it,over all it still a very nice and comfort hotel because i got a welcome drink, nice staff, comfort room with a clean bathroom, satisfied complete breakfast, and I think the price is cheap for the all service that I got. (Sorry forgot to take a picture, but it's look very similar with the picture that I see from hotel booking apps).

I like to be here again and again, especially for the training i conducted several times. The staffs were OK, the meal was fine, the area was nice. The wifi was good also. I have no big complaint about the surrounding area. But this hotel should take care more about the room maintenance and the hotel's rules about how to minimize the sound outside each room. In my condition, the room phone was disfunctioned, and the noise was outside the room because of some guest talked until almost 11 PM.

Good sleep at the hotel. The garden is great. Very green. When i check in the staff was friendly and very fast for check in. The brekfast was simple but ok for a 3 star hotel. I enjoy also a good swim i their outdoor pool. Worth the value this hotel.

We enjoy so much the hotel. The location of the hotel could t be better, it s so close to the our office and business area. Yet we appreciate the fact that there are few shopping mall near by and could hang out. The pool was open in the morning and was perfect for an early swim and keep fit during our stay in Surabaya

You're much better off staying in a guesthouse or homestay somewhere. We only stayed here because I was going backwards and forwards to hospital which was just down the road. Wifi was very hit and miss, had a room without a window, a loud humming from a pump in the roof all night. The food is cheap but you get what you pay for! Avoid this hotel!

I love this hotel because this hotel s like a resort. I could swim whenever i want. I could also enjoy the garden in the morning it was so nice. As well the staff was nice and friendly. Well done and thank you.

I did stay 2 nights and really enjoy the resort feel of the hotel, the swimming pool is great and the garden s so relaxing. Next time I go Surabaya I ll stay again, the staff was so nice and friendly. The Internet connection was very good, it s so rare in Indonesia. See you soon.
