Good location close to 2 malls

This hotel may be OK for a short stay - not suitable for long stay No clothes storage just 6 coat hangers we asked for storage but not followed up Staff need customer service training Room could have been cleaner - lots of thick black hair in the room on check in. Renovation work was taking place in the room next door but no- one advised us of this - lots of loud banging and drilling. Bathroom very outdated They ran out of croissants and eggs one day at breakfast. This hotel is aimed at local tourists not westeners - we were told by staff that the hotel is 4 star - 3 star would be more believable

"The hotel location is good because we can just walk to eating places and shopping malls."

The breakfast has variety food

Difficult to park a car when you have a high storage box on the rooftop of your car due to a lower height to enter and exit its basement parking and the open parking areas are a bit limited.
