"Me sentí engañado"

No me ha gustado que Uds decían desayuno incluido y me lo cobraron después de haberlo consumido al precio que ellos quisieron sin indicarme que tenía costo aparte. Eso es una mala práctica propia de gente que miente y es publicidad engañosa de parte de Uds

Hôtel fantôme, aucun personnel présent pendant 3 jours sauf a l’heure du petit déjeuner. A notre arrivée la chambre en sous sol, aux murs moisis, n’avait pas été nettoyée. Changement de chambre, on se retrouve dans une chambre borgne, avec un hublot ouvert sur le hall et donc avec tous les bruits de l’entrée et du couloir des gens qui arrivent et parlent en pleine nuit... Un petit déjeuner nous a été offert en compensation...

La ubicación es excepcional. Muy buena

La cama no era cómoda. El personal no dio instrucciones claras de la estadía. Hay una chapa de seguridad que necesita de unas maniobras precisas para abrirse. Nunca me dijeron. Me quedé 15 minutos afuera. Casi no responden el celular

"Simple, bien situé "

Personnel très sympa, bon petit déjeunee colombien. Chambres simples Un peu bruyant car a côté d une avenue. Mais à 3 mins d un grand centre commercial et 10 mins du métro (sécurisé)
