"ALARM BOEK HIER NIET!!!"

Helemaal niets! Het meest onprofessioneel en arrogante bedrijf!

Alles Communicatie: WAARDELOOS Alsof ik met een robot sprak, kreeg steeds dezelfde berichten Alleenin t Spaans Ging alleen over betalen; moest nb via een app. Ander alternatief werkte niet. Wat ze meldden, werd niet uitgevoerd; Als ik niet binnen 30 minuten via de app zou betalen, zou mn boeking geannuleerd worden. Pas na 24 uur nadat er niet op mijn bericht en vraag of ze geannuleerd hadden en ik dus niet wist of ik nog terecht kon, werd het bedrag midden in de nacht van mijn credit card met medewerking van Booking.com afgeschreven. Dit bedrijf zou geem deel mogen uitmaken van een platform Arrogantie ten top om via een app downloaden te betalen ERGSTE VAN ALLES DAT ZE MIJN TOESTEMMING WILDEN OM BEDRAGEN MET MIJN CREDIT CARD AF TE SCHRIJVEN. VERWIJDER DIT BEDRIJF!!!

"Estancia mediocre"

La ubicación.

La habitación asignada no era la que se alquiló , se nos asignó unos bajos que tenía mucha humedad , los domingos no hacen desayunos y eso no estaba en su anuncio . Apenas llegamos solo se nos signo es cuarto pero nunca se nos hizo unos entrega

La habitación sucia, olía a cañería, los colchones duros, se nota el desaseo, en una de las habitaciones música a todo volumen, y uno llama al teléfono q aparece apagado, todo se escucha
