Incredible hotel - staff were super helpful, check in process was very easy and the location really couldn't be much better. Room was amazing (a touch warm) and the amenities provided were great!

The location was super central and convenient.

You can’t control the temperature in the room and our cooling broke down multiple times. The staff were very helpful to try and fix the problem, but not being able to control the temperature was a negative.

立地がとてもいいです博多駅から歩いて数百メートルですし、すぐ近くにはキャナルシティという博多の巨大ショッピングモールもあります。

よくないまでではないですが、お風呂が少しだけ狭いです。ですがベッドは大きいしテレビも大きいし、ア◯ホテルなどと比べると広いのでいいと思います。
