I'd say the price. We needed to sleep for a few hours (5hrs max) before getting on the road again.

Room was dirty (dust everywhere) A/C unit wouldn't turn on. The front desk clerk (owner I'm assuming) farting as she was helping me, I asked are you farting, she said yes and giggled. Disgusting

This is an affordable stop for a quick overnight. I’d definitely stay again. The staff is very helpful, the room was clean and updated. The bed was a little stiff and there was quite a bit of road noise, if you’re a light sleeper this might be tough.

There was no hot water to take a shower. A coworker said it took 30+ minutes for water to run to get hot water. Owner said let water run hot water will come. Nope never happened.

It was remodeled and very nice rooms. The staff did try their best to help correct the problems.

1st room couldn't get in because the door handle wouldn't work. 2nd room had no heat and it was a must for that night. 3rd room had heat, but if it was summer, I would not have staid due to the huge gap in the door. This gap would have allowed spiders, small scorpion, or small snakes in. Hopefully, these issues will get addressed.
