Staff were very lovely

Very noisy. Breakfast started at 6am and you could hear everything from 6am. Couldnt sleep in due to the noise. Breakfast was also pretty basic so we ate elsewhere. Balcony was tiny, not worth the extra i paid for a balcony. Bathroom was also tiny.

My friend and I were very happy with the facilities at The One. We had requested a quiet room and a twin room was allocated in an area well away from street noise etc. The design and layout of the hotel exceeded expectations - it had a modern ambiance and style that appealed to me! Loved the choice of pools and the Al fresco buffet breakfast area was a real winner. All staff were super helpful and very attentive and I am looking forward to going back again SOON!
