Only the property was good looking.

Services, Staff and convenience was pathetic. There is no in-house pantry / restaurant for food. They will not even provide you good tea. Accepting that restaurant is not available, at least if we are ordering food from Zomato, they will ask us to come out of the hotel and take it. I had a baby along, how many times can you expect us to go out and get food? If you ask for cutlery to eat the food - you are given paper plates and plastic spoons. The lift was not serviceable for both days. Had to climb with my baby and old parents. Such beautiful property charges you Rs. 30 for each basic dental kit. Staff is absolutely rude. The supervisor will come inside the room while you are not yet out of the room while check out time and he will treat you like you are a slave there and he will peep in to every corner and check and treat you as if you are not even standing in front of them. Like seriously ? Was I the guest there ? Check out final settlement time - I was informed that a cup and spoon was missing so I was asked to pay for both. We had no idea on how many cups and spoons were given before. Guests visiting here are so poor that they can afford 4 luxury rooms for 2 days; but had to steal their cups and spoons. (This all is happening with us infront of all other guests checkin-ing). Did we in-return ask for refund towards no service on food, delivery, Lift, dental kit? I will never recommend such staff and servicing stay for a happy vacation where you are just compromising and feel insulted and blamed for stealing a cup and a spoon.
