Le cadre magnifique Le personnel tres souriant La qualité du buffet La Propreté

Les travaux en pleine au marteau piqueur au bord de la Piscine et de manière générale beaucoup de travaux, en pleine période de vacances scolaire... Le spa vraiment pas a la hauteur (qualité, hygiène) Les oreilliers beaucoup trop durs les agences gérant les excursions pas sympathique et ne donnant aucune information qu'il aurait été essentiel de connaître Pas de dico kids le soir

The staff were very friendly and welcoming a d the food was very good. The facilities were well spaced out well kept.

"Prachtige zwembad en aangelegde tuin, maar wel wat lawaaiig bij zwembad en tijdens avondeten ivm entertainment."

Mooi verwarmd zwembad, prachtig aangelegde tuin. Verschillende sporten zijn gratis te doen ( tennis, fitness, aquagym, boksen en spinning) Veel keuze aan eten. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Gratis shuttlebus naar centrum ( 20 minuten) Als je er van houdt: veel entertainment.

Lawaaiig bij het zwembad , harde muziek.entertainment. Je kan eventueel naar adult zwembad maar wij hadden tieners mee die daar niet mogen zwemmen. Dus dat is dan niet gezellig. Ook veel lawaai bij het avondeten. Tijdens het avond eten werden er spelletjes gedaan en werd er hard via een microfoon geroepen. Elke avond weer wel minstens een uur lang. . Dat vind ik geen goed moment. Je zit daardoor niet rustig te eten.. ook op je kamer is het lawaai hoorbaar van het restaurant want de kamers die wij hadden waren vlak boven restaurant gelegen. Terwijl ik om rustige kamers had gevraagd maar ik denk eigenlijk dat die er niet zijn want alle kamers zitten als een boog rondom te tuin/ restaurant.

Tout est vraiment super. Entretien des espaces super. Endroits calmes ou avec activites. Bonne literie .Chambres simples mais tout le necessaire est la. Manque juste une bouilloire avec cafe mais on eb peut demander une a la reception.

"Un séjour exceptionnel dans un très bon 4 étoiles."

A 10 km de Marrakech dans un parc de 6 hectares parfaitement entretenu. Chambre très propre. Personnel aimable, serviable et disponible. Très bon choix d’activités pour les adolescents. 3 piscines ( animée, zen et pour enfants). Buffet fait maison, varié, non répétitif avec barbecue tous les soirs, poissons grillés,… et spécialités marocaines. Pizza. Pâtes,… pour les enfants. Navette gratuite pour Marrakech.
