The hotel and room were sufficiently clean, with the room being pleasant and spacious. The staff were courteous, smiling, and ready to assist. A minor issue arose upon our arrival, which the reception team addressed promptly by apologizing and upgrading our accommodation from the second to the fifth floor.

In the indoor pool, it would be better if there were more chairs or sunbeds (I understand that the hotel operates more in the summer, and most guests use the outdoor pool, which is very large and has plenty of sunbeds).
