the location was super easy to find, the staff was beyond sweet and already waiting for us at the door the room was soo nice super clean. everything was perfect

Irene was a great hostess. She was very attentive and was quick to respond to any requests. I had to leave the hotel before breakfast hours but she ensured I had breakfast foods provided to my room the night before so I could eat before I left.

Ideal for Frankenjura rock climbers who look for comfortable sleep, a shower, good coffee, and a healthy breakfast. Rooms have a kitchen and a refrigerator, so it is possible to prepare snacks and dinners.

Property was very nice and the staff was even better. I would highly recommend

Cannot say enough about this little Gem in the little village of Koenigstein!! The rooms were well stocked with everything you could need! They were neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The very best part is the wonderful Proprietor and Owner Irene! She was so very helpful with any of our needs. She helped us to find restaurants, Pharmacy, Covid testing and the proper tests! Every day she went out of her way to make us the most wonderful complete breakfasts, to help us with any request we had. She went over and above. This stay was warm, cozy, inviting, and absolutely the best stay ever. If you are visiting someone on the Base at Rose Barracks in Vilseck or just enjoying beautiful Bavaria you cannot find a nicer stay than here. Close to train stations, buses, etc. What an amazing stay we had. Cannot Thank Irene enough for all her assistance and kindness. You have got to stay at Haus am Markt!!! THANK YOU!!!!
