The location was great! The guest rooms are dated with wallpaper that is peeling off the walls, and beat up older furniture and cabinetry.

The guest rooms that overlooked the beach had a great balcony and view. However, they are dated with wallpaper is peeling off the walls with furniture and cabinetry that is banged up.

The location is good. The floor in the elevator is cool. The size of the balcony is good.

The room wasn't very clean. We had to plugin the TV and get it to work ourselves. The wifi doesn't reach the rooms. The receptionist was slightly arrogant or maybe just had a bad day, and a bad morning the next day. The booking said "lateral with sea views", but er could only see the leaning out from the balcony; our view was of the square and a very noisy street with everybody in the buildings in front able to look straight into out room. The room is somewhat old; in the bathroom is a telephone cerca 1995 and the furniture feels not much younger. We have stayed there before, but with a room overlooking the beach, you live with the old furniture and not wifi. But this time the staff was a tad too dismissive, the room less clean as well as a few other nuisances, which really didn't make it worth the price.
