Hôtel très bien situé près de la vieille ville avec un excellent petit-déjeuner.

1. Après avoir fait mon check-in, j'ai dit au Monsieur de la réception que j'allais chercher ma valise dans la voiture. Il m'a demandé si il pouvait m'aider, je lui ai dit non ne sachant pas qu'il fallait monter au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Et ce Monsieur d'un jeune âge n'a pas été gêné de me regarder monter ma valise alors que j'ai plus de 70 ans. 2. Arrivé dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que la salle de bain était un étage au dessus de la chambre. Situation très confortable pour des personnes âgées de devoir monter 22 marches pour se rendre dans sa salle de bain !!!! 3. De retour de notre petit tour en ville, nous voulons regarder la télévision mais elle ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y avait pas de cordon électrique d'alimentation. Une personne de la réception est venue mais n'a pu résoudre le problème. 4. Lors de notre départ, j'ai demandé s'il n'était pas possible d'avoir une petite compensation pour ces problèmes (par exemple, un cash-back pour la place de parking), mais cela m'a été refusé. On est très loin d'un service 4 étoiles.
