Great location, nicely presented room and a very nice breakfast.

I couldn't get the TV working but that might be me. Could have done with a fan in the room because it was a rare warm day in Bristol

We stayed in a rooftop caravan which was great fun though more than one night might prove to be a little wearing due to the very small size. The staff were all excellent apart from the chap cooking the breakfast who just scowled at us when we said good morning. The breakfast itself however was outstanding and the server was excellent. Location was great though a tad noisy at night due to a nearby rowdy pub and the seagull did perform and excellent waking up service at dawn.

Cleanliness was adequate but not outstanding and the staircase looked dingy. It could do with a refresh. The noise at night and the occasional bird fights were slightly annoying but understandable as we were on the roof!

The property is in an excellent location.

Due to the poor level of cleanliness I did not stay here. The caravan we booked was dirty with stained seats, carpet and surfaces. The shower was also in need of a good clean. Staff not having knowledge of procedure which caused a lot of unnecessary upset and wasted a great deal of time.
