No me gustó nada

Falta total de higiene, experiencia asquerosa y cero responsabilidad del hotel. Reservé dos habitaciones: una para mis padres y otra para mí y mi sobrino. Lo que encontramos fue absolutamente inaceptable y demuestra que no se cumplen estándares mínimos de limpieza e higiene. En las habitaciones encontramos cabellos de otras personas en las sábanas, lo cual indica que no fueron cambiadas o lavadas correctamente. Además encontramos un sobre de preservativo, un líquido sospechoso al lado del sobre (posiblemente semen), una cucaracha muerta, y en el baño dos sobres adicionales incompletos, que aun así parecían ser preservativos. Para completar, el piso tenía manchas y se notaba que no había sido trapeado o limpiado. Fue una experiencia asquerosa, incómoda y desagradable. Llegamos después de las 11.30 pm y debíamos madrugar para continuar viaje, por lo que prácticamente no teníamos margen para movernos a otro lugar. Sin embargo, lo más grave no fue solo la falta de higiene, sino la respuesta del hotel: en ningún momento aceptaron el error ni asumieron responsabilidad, no ofrecieron ninguna solución real ni compensación, y aun así cobraron el 100% del valor de las habitaciones. Adjunto algunas fotos como evidencias. Es importante mencionar que el primer preservativo encontrado fue retirado rápidamente por la persona que nos entregó las habitaciones, sin permitir que yo tomara una foto, y aparentemente tampoco notificó al hotel adecuadamente. Este lugar representa un riesgo sanitario, especialmente para familias. No lo recomiendo y no volvería jamás.

"Bueno para dormir pero no hay descanso absoluto"

La atención y la limpieza

Deberían restringir el uso de cabinas de sonido por cada huésped pues el espacio para descansar es muy reducido y cada familia tenía un bafle grande donde el ruido era perturbador por todas la áreas sociales del hotel . Es un buen sitio pero no para descansar totalmente pues el hotel también cuenta con su sonido propio y es demasiado ruido consolidado
