La chambre. Lit inconfortable. La salle de bains ancienne cabine de douche et plafond moisi. Sèche cheveux ancien qui sèche tres mal. Chambre triple mais 1 personne ne peut pas dormir sur le canapé... A la piscine il faut payer 10eur pour avoir un tapis sur le transat plus 3eur pour avoir une serviette ! On peut emmener son chien mais il n a pas le droit de se baigner dans la mer et il faut trouver une plage qui accepte les chiens

Hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach and round the corner from the main street with lots of restaurants, shops, bars etc. Also walking distance to the water park - Caribe Bay. Two great size pools, one for just swimming and another for just relaxing and having fun. Also a small children’s pool. Excellent Spa facilities which were great to have on days it rained. Good selection for breakfast, plenty of choices for everyone and you can enjoy it overlooking the beach/sea. The staff were all great - friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners did an excellent job.

We had both standard and deluxe rooms. The standard rooms have everything you would think of in a standard hotel room, it didn’t necessarily feel 4 star level, but was comfortable. The balcony is basic with just a couple of plastic garden chair, could at least have a small table too. For some the lack of tea/coffee making facilities may be an issue, but that is not a necessity for me so it was fine. The lack of plug sockets by the bed was more of an issue for me. There seemed to be only one socket that was functional for using the adapter plugs which was above the desk and I had do unplug the lamp to be able to use it. Most hotels I’ve stayed in recently simply have USB or USB-C sockets which makes life much easier for everyone. The deluxe rooms are better than the standard rooms, probably the minimum level people are expecting from a 4 star hotel. They do have tea/coffee making facilities and have at least a partial sea view with a large balcony that has a sun bed, two chair and a small table The main and most strange issue with the deluxe room is the shower. The shower has glass walls into the bedroom area, meaning anyone else who you are sharing the hotel room with can see you showering. There is a plastic blind within the bedroom area you can pull down to give a bit of privacy but it is no where adequate as it doesn’t fully close, plus there is a glass panel on the side which has no blind so you can still be seen. This might not be an issue for a couple or those who are exhibitionists, but is certainly an issue for a family with teenage children or friends who might be travelling together and don’t want to watch each other shower. I am not sure who came up with this decision but there needs to be a rethink, perhaps add some privacy film to the inside or outside of the glass. The pools were cold, it says heated in the description but they are cold.

Szivesen adnék még egy csillagot! A személyzet a takarítóktól egészen a háttér szervezésig! Most voltam a negyedszer a hotelben!

Teraszokon egy száritási lehetőség, amit belehet vinni a szobába eső esetén!( lehet hogy kérni kellett volna)
