No heater/AC in the room.

My experience at this property was disappointing due to several issues that impacted my stay. The apartment lacked basic kitchen essentials, such as appliances, sufficient knives, deep plates, and chopping boards, making meal preparation difficult. The WiFi was unreliable, which was a significant inconvenience for staying connected and working. Most concerning was the host’s conduct. During a visit to supposedly address the WiFi issue, the host took photos of my personal belongings without permission. I was then charged 2,000 ZAR for allegedly smoking in the unit, based solely on a photo of a cigarette pack in my possession. I did not smoke in the apartment, and no evidence of smoking was observed. The host claimed the charge was due to a complaint from apartment management, which I later found to be untrue. Feeling pressured and threatened with eviction, I paid the fine despite knowing it was unjustified. While I understand the need to enforce property rules, the approach felt unfair and lacked transparency. The overall experience left me uncomfortable, and I suspect other guests may face similar issues. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve future stays for others. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. ⭐☆☆☆☆

The place is as it looks in the pictures. We were there for the Cape Town International Jazz Festival and the location was excellent; 5mins walk to the CTICC. Restaurants and bars are also on the same street.

It would be great if there was tea, sugar and coffee sachets available for convenience.

The place is clean,cool,well stuated with all amenities close by
