The Apartments location is very convenient.

The location was perfect. Its not often that the pictures on booking.com match the place, but this place exceeded our expectations. It was cosy, comfortable and extremely safe.

Security guards where unhelpful when we checked in and when you ask them about directions for the red bus and gave us the run around but we managed to work around that.

Good systems in place. In and out very safe and comfortable

Unit 403 was disappointing... 1st day as you enter tired late arrival from airport shops closed scary to walk around at night in that area. No soap no shampoo little toilet paper. No aircon in the bedroom No second set of towels no second set of sheets no washing machine safe not working no dish washer no dish washing liquids. Next morning I asked if there was house keeping. Told this booking does no have housekeeping. How does one wash sheets wash towels at least the option of housekeeping should be offered. For additional payment. Advice. There are better units fully furnished .to make matters worse. They refused to even consider late check out no consessions. 10am for cape Town is too early. Even hotels give a bit of leeway.. Not here. . Don't take unit 403.the owners should at least put in a washing machine and a aircon in the bedroom and second set of towels allowing one set to dry. . And read details before booking.

User friendly and very accommodating.

I had whatsapp owner of the apartment (since we communicated via whatsapp right through my stay) to inform him I had forgotten to take my money and scarf, so I wanted to know when can I fetch my stuff. Till this day I never got a reply back.
