Food choice was limited and the bed sheets needs washing

It was excellent and customer service was great

It was a wonderful stay all the staff where helpful and kind. The pool was fantastic.

During the check-in process, my debit card was charged three different times for the full amount of the 7-day stay. I am still waiting to see the reversal of these charges. The rooms are not adequately cleaned before guests check in. The first room I got had a problem with the air conditioner, in the middle of the second night, it shut off and could not be restarted. The second room I was assigned had issues with its AC unit, the grill on the unit was missing, and it had dust caked in the screen. After the first night, I found a puddle of condensation water on the floor in front of the AC, so I had to move rooms again. In the third room I was assigned, the sheets on the beds were still dirty from the last guest and had what I can only guess were blood stains.

A place to sleep and leave quickly. Room was dirty and in ill repair. Breakfast was horrible, generic all carbs. Waffle maker broken. At least you had coffee

It was fine i mean tbe cending machines take your money also i was told if i extended my stay the room would only be 52 but tgen i went to do itv

First room given was not even ready bedding from past still balled up on bed trash dirty. Second room not even cleaned. Third room room Reno not finished. Couch bed dirty and stained.

This has to be one of my worst experiences staying at a hotel, the pillowcases were dirty and clearly had not been washed the duvet cover was so dirty it wasn't even white anymore the pull out couch was filthy full of crumbs when I pulled it out there was no sheets and the mattress was horrible and filthy, in the restroom there was a hole in the wall and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were miss matched and broken off the wall.
