The staff is very helpful. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and the staff handed us towels straight away, so we could tidy ourselves up before we checked in. The room is a bit small, but clean and tidy, which was all we needed.

お部屋がカビ臭かったので空気清浄機使いましたが、空気清浄機をちゃんと掃除してるのか心配でした。ラウンジのコーヒーサービスも時間制限のせいで一度も使えずでした

チェックイン後、ロビーにコーヒーがあり飲めてよかった。二日目にペットボトルのお水の提供があり、最初部屋にはなかったので、驚いた。かわいらしいかごがあり、入浴の移動の際に利用せてもらった。ゆっくり過ごせてよかった。
