Very spacious room and excellent location!

There we a few problems in our room. Safety box was put of battery and not working, the lights some pf the worked some others no and they were a bit complicated to use, seemed they had a wiring connection problem. Airconditioning was not functioning properly. We mentioned everything af the reception but nothing was solved

I have booked a room with balcony and they have given me without Next day when the hotel was empty they transfer me Clerk if indeed they have room with balcony because although it is mentioned when you arrive they say if there is availability

Comfort en locatie

Upon arrival, we asked if it was possible to book an additional night immediately. We were informed that this could only be done through booking.com⁠, which was not a problem for us. During check-in, however, we were explicitly told that breakfast for the children was free of charge. Since breakfast for adults was quoted at €20 per person, we assumed we could simply arrange breakfast at the hotel itself and therefore did not include breakfast in the online booking. What made the situation even more confusing was that, if we had booked the breakfast directly through Booking.com, the surcharge for breakfast for all four of us would only have been around €40 per night in total. At the hotel itself, however, we were suddenly told the next morning that breakfast for the children was not free and that we would need to pay €80 per breakfast for four people. This pricing and communication simply did not make sense. When we explained that this was not acceptable to us, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. The receptionist told us he would check the matter with his colleague. Later that day, however, we were informed that his colleague had “never said that.” We found this very disappointing and unprofessional, as this information was clearly communicated to us during check-in. For a five-star hotel, we expect clear, transparent, and consistent communication with guests. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled felt very unfriendly and significantly affected our overall experience.

דברים קטנים, לא קריטיים בכלל - חדר כושר קטן ולא בדיוק שווה. לגבי החניה - תעדכנו את המלון מראש (לא עשיתי) ואז ישמרו לכם חניה במלון. אם לא - לא נורא, יש חניה באותה העלות, 7 דקות הליכה.

Die Lage ist super – nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Man kommt überall bequem mit dem Bus hin, und die Fahrpreise sind sehr günstig. Die Beschreibungen im Internet sind verständlich und hilfreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Wasser im Pool war angenehm warm, sodass wir ihn besonders am frühen Morgen genießen konnten.
