Great location. Fine rooms. OK price given it's Queenstown.

The place was quite aged and didn't feel very well looked after. For the price, I thought they could have looked after their rooms a bit better and had a much better receiption.

"Grim and not cheap."

Location

Was very noisy, don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper, on a very busy road. The decor is extremely “tired”. Hasn’t been updated in decades. The chest of drawers was taped up with packing tape, carpet was tatty. Small double bed that only had one bedside table as there was barely room on the other side to squeeze in. No PowerPoint on that side either so rendered the electric blanket useless on that side. Cheap pillows but fresh linen. Both lights in kitchenette not working. Bathroom was clean but water pressure was a joke in the shower, barely dribbled out.

The big bathroom. Good location. Comfortable beds.

Kitchen cupboard door was falling off, and sink tap loose. 2 old warned out chairs. Carpet old and torn, skirtings dirty, cobwebs hanging from roof.
