"The stay at four seasons just ok"

I upgraded to the executive suite, for the price, I expected more than just the view. One side of the toilet flush buttons broken, couldn't turn off oil heater, fridge ice box needed cleaning out, was all iced up, couldn't get the main TV going

Location was great and very convenient. Had trouble working the tv but asked for help and was fixed quickly.

Spa wasn't working. Shame as would be nice after the slopes.

"Prime location good price"

It's lovely room. Beds were most comformest been on in awhile. Location prime. Most things 10mins away. There were some wear and tear issues but overall it was good few days.

Didnt have breakfast. Did not know it was available. The view from the window was nice.

The towel railing needed tightening up because the towels kept coming off.
