very nice view. friendly stuff, nice breakfast.

the sound isolation is not the best, the traffic on the street near by is laud especially at the weekend. no glas, no cofee/tee in the room

Beautiful place with spacious rooms. The building was undergoing some construction but it did not affect us. Breakfast is good and staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant with great food for a not too high price. Highly recommend.

It's actually nice to be outside downtown sorrento. It's quiet and relax and the bus is right there so super convenient. Good and fulfilling breakfast includes.

Well nothing really except that there's no sign for the hotel. You have to go at the il cantuccio restaurant for the check-in.

We canceled our stay. Our room, hall and all Hotel facilities were filled with construction materials, Tools, wiring, paint, unsafe for stay, paint and construction dust. If it would ve happened in US the owner - Sergio would be been fined and closed forever . Legal suite on a way . How booking can even advertise such facility on their site for US customers??? Shame on you. I will file official complaint with booking management. We could not stay in that hotel because it’s dangerous for health and unsafe and were looking at night for another hotel to stay. Miraculously we found one very close by - amazing place , resort , cheaper than this awful place booking is advertising . We will file official complaints with booking site management . Are you screening your hotels you advertise ????

this place is so amazing and romantic

no tea or coffee facilities in the room

the host is great, breakfast is delicious and the hotel restaurant has a great view. the room is big and has a AC. parking is 100 meter away but free, location is close to Sorrento.

the bathroom and shower could be cleaner and get renewed. we had a double room without view (only a French door), which couldn't be opened or used as a window.

We very much enjoyed staying at Relais Il Pennino. Clean, spacious, beautiful location. The hosts were very kind and accomodating. The breakfast was plenty and always extremely delicious. We would like to visit again.

The best location just in the centre of Massa Lubrense town. The view from balcony is great as it’s surrounded by olive trees, orange and lemon tree also can a bit of sea view. The Italian breakfast is nice as the pastries are served warm every morning and at the terrace over looking Capri island. There is a fine dine restaurant which is the same management which serves delicious food and wines with the best sunset view in there restaurant terrace. The hotel is located at the best view point of the town which you can enjoy the sunset everyday, closed to shops, restaurants and bus stop that you can commute to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi easily by bus. We have visited the beach nearby’Marina de Cantone’ by bus. The beach is nice with clear water and had some delicious seafood form a restaurant there. There is a local beach nearby too which we did walk for about 30mins

The room is a bit small, no sofa and unstable Wi-Fi. The Italian breakfast is nice but we had the same croissants, custard pies and a plate of fruits every morning (No choice) which is not what we expected.

Breakfast and hosts were fantastic! Best Croissants and pastries we had while there —(without a doubt!)

I understand there was work going on around the back in front of the Balcony, we love to sit out and have a balcony but we we’re kindly made aware of this before we arrived so when the work is all done it will be so fantastic to sit out in the evening before going down for dinner.
