Most incredible place we have ever stayed! Super clean and wonderful friendly staff. Looking forward to returning there someday!

Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not. View is amazing and makes everything else worth it. We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall. Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway. Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air. Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through Expedia.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and were impressed with level of care and concern shown. The staff were very friendly and very responsive to any concerns we had. The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Great experience overall.

Cost and amazing with astonishing views cave room. 5mins walk to the blue Dome. Enjoy our stay here in late December.

Love the staff, the island, food and culture. Had tge best 40th birthday celebrations. Thank you for making my stay wonderful. I will return again.

We had a wonderful stay at the senior suite. Everything is just perfect. The balcony has the best ocean view, amazing sunset watching spot at your own private balcony. Our private hot tub is tucked away from the balcony. You can still enjoy the ocean view, but no one can see you. The mattress is super amazing. Water pressure is great. And you have a great breakfast menu to choose from daily, plus they deliver the breakfast to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Fira, but you don’t hear any noise. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of shopping paradise. If you rent a car, you can park it right across the street. Super convenient. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our vacation extra wonderful!

Amazing!! This hotel was close enough to the shopping/restaurant/bar areas yet far enough away for relaxation. Kostas and his entire team at Nefeles made it very welcoming, and went way above our needs. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with tips on restaurants/shopping. Booked a few of our excursions, airport transfers, and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. Check out the views/pics.

Amazing view with a private jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spectacular with great views from balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is located in the main town of Fira close to alot of restaurants , bars and shops walking distance. Even though overall it was very clean but I believe they can do slightly better in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Off to a rough start with this property upon arrival had to wait over an hour at ferry port for taxi sent by hotel. Taxi didn’t have AC so ride to hotel was difficult. Room when arrived was very small (cave river jetted tub caldera view) literally hit head on Ceiling several times. Private pool overlooks building immediately in front and restaurant patrons directly ahead- not great and no privacy. Upon speaking with Kostas at reception we were provided the option of upgrading to a suite on the top floor for an upcharge the next day. Happily paid the upcharge to move to a beautiful huge suite with private balcony and pool. Very happy with this option despite the increase in price BUT when i was packing to leave the very next day i noticed that a pair of my diamond earrings went missing from the room. The earrings were stored in box and the box was there but the earrings were not. Would have given a great rating based on service provided by Kostas if property didn’t go missing from room. PROS: close to restaurants/bars/shops reception was very helpful and Kostas always did his best to accommodate for transportation/recommendations. CONS: no peace of mind in room with things being stolen. Taxis are expensive. Long walk upstairs to the rooms since on the cliff. Would have returned if not for theft.
