Soba je dobrih dimenzija, kupaonica ima podno grijanje.

Ima puno prašine ispod kreveta. Slavina u kupaonici nema ujednačen mlaz nego prska na sve strane. Najveći minus je hidromasažna kada koju soba ima, ustavi ona je samo kada jer pumpa ne radi. Nisu ni probali popraviti. Dosta kamenca u toaletu bazena.
