Lokacija hotela je odlična, smješten u starom gradu, osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Hotel ima sve sadržaje, bazen, spa. Parking osiguran.

Doručak bi mogao biti kvalitetniji. Za Uskrs nije bilo šunke. S obzirom da hotel ima 4 zvjezdice trebali bi poraditi na puno kvalitetnijem i raznovrsnom doručku.

Iz hodnika se v sobo sliši tudi običajen pogovor, potrebno je poskrbeti za boljšo zvočno izolacijo vhodnih vrat.

The staff was incredible. Very friendly, useful, attentive. The hotel itself is very nice, I loved the interior and exterior. Also a very cute location at the top of the hill in the old part of the town. They do offer spa services. We got a massage which was nice, I have no complaints. Food is also nice, we had one dinner there and we enjoyed it. Breakfast is satisfactory, there is some options but not that much. But what's offered is good. Maybe the offer is a bit richer during the season. Private parking very close.

There is an indoor pool, which I was very excited about, but the water was very cold so I ended up not using it. I didn't use the jacuzzi and sauna (which is an additional fee so I can't comment on that). We ordered 2 robes for the pool which was an additional 6€ per robe, and they were both torn :/ . Also bathroom towels seemed quite used. I'm very demanding when it comes to cleaning. It generally seemed clean, I did feel comfortable, but I didn't like that there was dust in the corners of the room (on the floor) and bed tables had some dust on it. Maybe that's also because we were there out of season and it wasn't cleaned on the day that we arrived nor the day before. Also the shower is quite outdated, while it wasn't the worst I did feel a bit uncomfortable by the rusty shower. Also the radiator in the bathroom was rusty which made drying towels on it not so appetizing.
