The staff is very polite and always tried to meet your request , they allow us to do a late check in we appreciated , the location is good if you want to visit multiple places

The beds were like a solid rock , so uncomfortable despite the good side of it

Nous avions réservé une chambre double, nous avons eu une single… nous nous en sommes rendus compte en voyant la taille du lit de la chambre d’à côté le lendemain matin… Cet hôtel est très mal isolé donc très bruyant. De plus en plein milieu de la nuit, pour une durée d’une heure environ, des hurlements, des rires, des gens qui parlent fort et ce sans que le personnel de l’hôtel n’interagisse et calme ces personnes visiblement éméchées. Ce moment fut plus que désagréable, surtout inconcevable dans un établissement qui tient à sa réputation et surtout à la satisfaction de sa clientèle. Le petit-déjeuner est très très succinct.

EXCELENTE, YA ME HE HOSPEDADO UNAS 6 O 7 VECES, ME ENCANTA POR LA UBICACION, MUY ACOGEDORAS LAS HABITACIONES QUE ME HAN TOCADO , SIEMPRE LIMPIAS Y ALGO MUY IMPORTANTE DESTACAR Y RECONOCERLES LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL EN GENERAL, TODOS MUY AMABLES Y COLABORADORES !! SEGUIRE HOSPEDANDOME Y RECOMENDANDO SIN DUDA ALGUNA!!!

Esta muy bien ubicado. Es limpio. La gente es cálida. Es un ambiente muy tranquilo/

En realidad todo me gusto. Tal vez puedan implementar algún método para que si falta personal haya otra persona que conozca la labor. Pero todos muy atentos y educados. Ninguna queja.

To show in the photo the hotel entrance to depict there was no handicap ramp to access the reception and no bag handlers. The night reception clerk deserves training to welcome and assist incoming guests. There were no safety deposit box, no mini refrigerator, no restaurant, no room service and no mature concierge at night. The area was not safe and the location was on a one way street forcing a walk from a taxi to the hotel. The pics advertised are misleading. I cancel the rest of my reservation and moved out in 48 hours.

Le sejour s'est très bien déroulé. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L'hotel est très bien situé, près des transports et de la cathédrale de sel.
