the location is perfect and the hosts are extremely nice

The room we stayed in was nothing like in the pictures,In fact the room that we were supposed to recieve according to what was reserved looked amazing,but in reality totally different.It was old,dusty and decaying.

Rooms are quite spacious, Beds are comfortable. It was clean and the inner courtyard is great. They have some cats and during our stay there was a cute kitten. To reach the center of Novi Sad it takes some 20 minutes but it's a safe and simple walk. We found a hotel restaurant acros the street with great breakfast options.

Two beds in one of the apartments we rented lacked cots but we noticed that in the middle of the night when there was no one to ask for one, so check when you check-in.

Helpful and nice proprietor, cozy room. Can walk to city center in about half an hour. Very close to train station. It very hot outside but the AC cooled the room very well

Incredible hospitality of the owner. The parking was inside the yard so there was no need to park a car on the street. Basic but spacious apartment with 2 rooms and kitchenette containing all necessary equipment. There is also quite nice common area downstairs for use of guests.
