Room as you see in pictures, however our room carpet could use some detail cleaning. Stayed 2 nights, no house cleaning, but got new towels when asked. Toilet self wash leakes inside the bowel. Needs some attention. Overall our stay was pleasant for the reasonable price.

The floor of the room wasn’t clean but the bathroom was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable! Breakfast is definitely not worth it.

Staff was great, management was amazing.

We stayed here as a family. The website said up to 6 kids stay for free. We were charged for our 3 kids (ages 8, 6 and 3). There were remnant hairs and even a pine cone found on the floor of our room from the previous person. We were hoping for a family friendly hotel to stay in and left disappointed.

Rooms were clean and very spacious, receptionisrs were helpful and especially Neushad very cooperative, smiling very nice gentlman.I recommend this hotel

Bad experience!!! Stuff was so rude! No one will carry your bags in and out! No smile! No light in the lobby! I got back at 11pm and receptionist was sleeping! No wifi in the rooms only in the lobby when i asked the receptionist he tried to fix it but couldn't! Breakfast was worse one in Turkey and they don't have restaurant for any other order. Don't surprise when there is an issue the manager will be loud and disrespectful abd will tell you different things at the sametime. Only a good thing was the rooms for the price. Good, clean and comfortable bed. Overall verbad service!
