The staff are super helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is fine — I'd give it 6.5/10. The selection isn't huge, but the options are decent. Nothing memorable, though.

Sadly, the friendly staff were the only good part of my stay. Everything else was overshadowed by serious cleanliness issues. There was significant mold in the shower, heavy limescale buildup, and the ventilation clearly hadn't been maintained or cleaned in a long time — bad enough to trigger a serious allergic reaction. There was also visible mold on the walls. The staff offered to move me to another room, which was slightly better, but I still had to unscrew the showerhead to cut down on the mold I was exposed to while showering. Let's be honest — that's not something I should have to do for 100+ euros a night at a "4-star hotel." Overall: Unless this place starts being properly maintained, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Quarto cómodo e silencioso

Edredão manchado, suporto do rolo de papel higiénico a sair da parede, mesas de pequeno almoço não preparadas e sem funcionários à vista para as preparar.

L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du métro et arrêt de bus. L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

Bon accueil. Disponibilité du personnel. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Literie confortable. Emplacement proche du métro et plein de petits restaurants autour, mais quartier assez calme.Vraiment idéal pour un city break.

Très peu de matériel dans la cuisine.
